Grace is a standout Hong Kong Race Director and 24 Hour Race alumna who embodies how youth leadership can drive real-world impact. She began as a participant in our awareness workshops, where she first learned about human trafficking and the power of "philanthropy through endurance." Guided by the 24 Hour Race team, she quickly stepped into leadership, turning passion into purpose.

During the height of COVID-19, Grace helped create safe "hotspots" around Hong Kong so runners could still take part despite restrictions. Watching participants show up reminded her of the power of community even in isolation.

Through those uncertain months, she mastered flexibility, contingency planning, and stakeholder coordination - skills that now define her as a leader. As Race Director, Grace took full ownership of planning and execution. Supported by mentorship, leadership training, and the 24 Hour Race’s global network, she honed her resilience and learned to turn obstacles into opportunities.

That trust in youth leadership empowered her to lead with confidence and authenticity. Today, Grace sees her future in public interest law, driven by the same passion for justice that first brought her to the 24 Hour Race.

Her journey reflects the essence of our mission: transforming youth from learners into leaders.
